Hmmm... Let's see.. Rice and the Bush administration thinks that we are above other countries autonymous governments. That we can decide that they aren't enuff like our govt, so that justifies "grave challenges to some of these regimes."

My personal favorite is the great diplomacy skeelz our leaders seem to have:
